Nailed it . What I’ve seen many and many of times we get to caught up in the process or performance KPI’s that the real listening and understanding is missed. To make a point one time I took away the script and all the process and said just listen and help these customers.The real art is to balance between KPI’s and great customer service. Thanks for this reminder! Have a good trip!
