Our commitment focuses on five key areas, which have been selected to deliver meaningful impact to our organization and the communities we serve. Today we celebrate World Environment Day, a great occasion to raise awareness and push for climate and environmental literacy. To celebrate this day, we are pleased to announce the publication of our 2023 CSR report.   Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report is an important tool for ensuring accountability and measuring our progress towards our sustainability goals. Despite the many challenges we had to overcome in 2023, we not only met and exceeded our goals but are also on track to achieve our far-reaching 2030 objectives. Our newly published 2023 CSR Report explains these facts in much greater detail.   Our sustainability goals concern four main areas: ethics, environment, social initiatives, and value chain. Although we made great strides in all these areas, three achievements are particularly noteworthy. - We joined the #RE100 initiative, committing to 100% renewable sources of electricity by 2030;  - We joined the Climate Fund for Nature, an initiative by Mirova, a sustainable investment firm, to support high-quality projects dedicated to nature protection and restoration;  - We also committed to align with 1.5°C and Net-Zero pathways through the Business Ambition for 1.5°C campaign. In doing so, the Group joins other business and industry leaders in taking ambitious climate action while helping to build a more sustainable environment and society by #creatingwithcare.   We are extremely grateful to our teams at MANE who continue to work tirelessly to make our vision a reality. Our path to sustainability: what actions do we take to improve the sustainability of our own organisation?    Our sustainability strategy includes both long- and short-term goals, supported by an extensive and detailed roadmap. Most importantly, this plan remains flexible and can be adjusted as needed. We have adopted a holistic approach in our strategy, incorporating the environmental, social and governance aspects of sustainability. We have outlined a few 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 to focus on in the near future:    𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀:  - We continue to refine our carbon reduction strategy. Our aim is to be 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.  - Our next step is to become 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬, by creating our own carbon offsetting project in nature restoration.   - We have collectively chosen 5 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (SDG’s) to focus on:    SDG 3 – Good health & well-being  SDG 11 – Sustainable cities & communities  SDG 12 – Responsible consumption & production  SDG 13 – Climate Change  SDG 17 – Partnership for the goals    𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀:  - 100% of our employees have recently completed a 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗗𝗘𝗜) 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. This included a brainstorm session on how to improve DEI within our own company. To be continued!  - We want to facilitate internal 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 through structured programmes.  - It's important to us that all our 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 engage in 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, including fair wages, reasonable working hours and safe working conditions    𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:  - We have developed a 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼-𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 policy for any form of 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲-𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀.   - We prioritise data safety by ensuring a 𝟬% 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 rate.   - We have implemented a 𝟰𝟴-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 for any security incidents.  - We want to achieve a 𝟵𝟱% 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 for all third-party information.    Want to dive into the finer details of our strategy?    👉🏽 https://bit.ly/3AjxnsN    #SustainabilityReport #SustainabilityStrategy #ESG #SDG #ClimateNeutral2025
