It's back-to-school season, which means it's a new start! Whether or not you work within a school-year calendar or have school age children yourself, this time of year is a great opportunity for reflection. For yourself or with your team, think about: 1. What's something (or some things) that no longer "fits"? What do you need to let go of? 2. What's something new you want to "try on"? What is a new look, a new project, a new opportunity that you can get started? 3. What's the goal? What do you want to accomplish by the end of this new start? How will you know you've been successful? Journal it, talk about it over coffee, brainstorm it at your next team meeting... Engage in the energy of this new re-start.

As I look forward to 2025 and usher in the Year of the Snake (which holds special significance to me) I'm more than ever, excited to push my boundaries (in a healthy way) and be unconventional. I'm so thankful for Tiny Ghost Studios...how far we've grown and come to know ourselves better in 2024, and how much that's strengthened my relationships with my partners in crime Luke Minaker and Zachary Gans, MBA, BFA. I'm so proud of the little team of Luminaries 💡 - those who excel at what they do and light the way for us - that we've put together who are pushing boundaries for us, every day (stay tuned for further intros next week!) ...and through them, I'm reminded to not create relationships indiscriminately, nor to spend my time indiscriminately. Instead, I'm choosing to be deliberate in everything - from the projects I take on to the connections I nurture. This past year has taught me that true growth doesn't come from saying 'yes' to everything, but from saying 'yes' to the right things. My focus for 2025 is: depth over breadth. Whether it's in professional relationships, skill development, or personal projects, I'm committed to diving deep rather than skimming the surface. To my network: expect fewer but more meaningful interactions. Let's create value together, challenge conventional thinking, and build something extraordinary! 👻 What intentional choices are you making for 2025? #startuplife #thebuckstopshere #beintentional #qualityoverquantity #tinyghoststudios #luminaries

🌟 Just Start: The First Step is Everything 🌟 Ever find yourself stuck at square one, wondering where to begin? 🤔 Starting can be the toughest part, whether it’s a new project, a fitness goal, or a business idea. Here’s the thing: the key to getting moving isn’t a big secret. It’s about taking that first, meaningful step. But what makes a step meaningful? It’s simple: It should have a clear, measurable outcome. It must align with your bigger vision. Don’t get bogged down with the 'what ifs' and 'how comes'. Choose a task that moves you forward, measure your progress, and make sure it takes you closer to your ultimate goal. 🎯 So, what’s your first step going to be? Identify it, plan it, and do it. Once you’ve made that initial leap, the next steps become clearer and easier. Remember, every big achievement started with the courage to begin. If you need help we have a ton of worksheets and an app that can really get you moving. Stop waiting, start doing! Let’s kick off our journeys today. Don't wait for 2025 - Start Today. The concept of time is just an illusion made by human. We often treat January 1st like some magical reset button. But the truth is: Time is simply a construct we created to make sense of our world. Think about it - why do we wait for a specific date to chase our dreams? Why do we need permission from the calendar to transform our lives? Your cells don't know it's a new year. Your potential doesn't reset at midnight. Your dreams don't care what month it is. 𝐼'𝑣𝑒 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑤𝑎𝑦. Every sunrise is your January 1st. Every morning is your fresh start. Every moment is your opportunity to pivot. Last week, I didn't wait for the "perfect time" to rebrand & launch my new project. I just started Vision Studios. And you know what? That decision alone created more momentum than any New Year's resolution I've ever made. Here's your reminder: Stop waiting for January 1st to become who you want to be. The best time to start was yesterday. The second best time is right now. What goal have you been putting off until the "right time"? 👇 Let's hold each other accountable.

Just had an eye-opening breakfast with my friends Vipul and Nipun the brains behind Adsparkx. Even after rescheduling twice and meeting super early (pre-flight coffee, anyone?), these guys never fail to deliver wisdom. Here's what I took away: 1. Ideas are great, but execution is where the magic happens. 2. Never stop growing. Constant learning is the key to a more fulfilling life. 3. Success recipe: Mix up your strategies, spot patterns, and create new ones. 4. Wealth isn't the end goal - it's about the freedom and flexibility it can bring. Always look forward to catching up with these two, even if it means early wake-up calls. Their insights are worth every yawn! 😄

Play in decades. Long-term goals. Long-term plans. Long-term partners. Pick one game to play. One skill to compound. One world to build. Amazing things happen when you operate in forever. Luck falls in your lap. Mentors become friends. And your mission becomes a magnet- for everything you've been dreaming of. The hard work is finding what that mission is. It often takes a few failures, that we all forget anyway. But once you find your purpose, the rest of the 'work' is easy. #LongTermVision #MissionDriven #PlayTheLongGame

As we reach the end of our 30-day challenge, I want to take a moment to reflect on this incredible journey we’ve shared. Over the past month, we've explored various aspects of creativity, community, and personal growth, all while highlighting the importance of the FOCUS Framework in our lives. Each day has been an opportunity to connect, inspire, and learn from one another. We've celebrated talented individuals, discussed the power of innovation, and emphasized the significance of cultivating relationships within our creative community. It's been heartening to see so many of you engage with the content, share your stories, and express your aspirations. This challenge was not just about sharing our journey at WIT Studios; it was also about fostering a vibrant community of creatives eager to support one another. Your participation and feedback have been invaluable, and I encourage you to continue this momentum even after the challenge ends. As we close this chapter, let’s carry forward the lessons learned and the connections made. Remember to apply the FOCUS Framework in your journey and keep nurturing your creativity and relationships. Thank you all for being a part of this challenge. Let’s keep the conversation going and continue to inspire one another as we navigate our creative paths together! What has been your biggest takeaway from this challenge? Share your thoughts below! #30DayChallenge #CreativeCommunity #WITStudios #Reflection #GrowthMindset #FOCUSFramework
