Following Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, over 4,000 Ukrainian athletes are now defending Ukraine’s sovereignty. They are no longer just fighting for medals; they are now fighting for their freedom – and the freedom of the rest of Europe.   To date, the conflict has tragically claimed the lives of at least 487 Ukrainian sporting heroes. The sad truth is that this number is likely to be much higher. As the global community gathers to celebrate sport this summer, let us also come together to support Ukraine. #Olympics #StandWithUkraine #Ukraine487
