At ERM, we recognize that sleep significantly impacts our health and performance. That’s why, in the last couple of months, we have been working with Hintsa Performance, renowned performance coaches and experts, to provide our people with resources, answer their questions, and explain the science behind sleep. Hintsa experts explained that ensuring we rest well is not only about the hours of sleep we get—preparation for bedtime is an important factor for quality sleep. Cutting off caffeine intake in the afternoon and going screen-less two hours before bedtime could do wonders for night rest. You should also pay attention to your bedroom, ensuring it’s dark, quiet, and cool. Hintsa Performance also shared science-based facts to help us understand sleep's impact on our performance. #Sleep #Rest #LifeAtERM #RestWellCampaign
