Happy Lunar New Year! If you've had any challenges to start 2024, here is another chance to go again! I say that having fractured my arm on the 1st Jan and still waiting on a knee scan with a suspected ACL rupture and then having the family come down with a bout of sickness. Whilst some of those challenges will roll on I'm excited by a new opportunity coming up that I'll share more detail on in April. There are times in life where we can feel like we are enduring rounds in a boxing ring, but I've always believed there is a pendulum in life of good and bad moments/ luck. If you find you are the wrong end of the pendulum consider something you can change or something you can do. Think about 3 things each day you've done well or that you'd delivered or that you've changed, or that you can be grateful for. If you struggle to think about something then get moving, have a walk, go to the gym, get some house work done, finish off a project at work, give recognition, plan a change in your life or start something new. As you start to build momentum you'll naturally find the pendulum swinging in your favour. A change is as good as a break and a change can come in any form.
