IT IS AT THE BASIS OF OUR LAWS, OUR BEHAVIORS, AND THE REGULATION THAT ESTABLISHES OUR VERY FREEDOM. IT IS APPLIED VERY UNUSUALLY, YET IT IS AS UNIQUE AS AMERICA IS, ITSELF. AS IN THE MATTER OF BUMP-STOCK GUNS AND THE RULING AT THE SUPREME COURT, IT MUST BE RECONSIDERED AS CONSENT HAS NOT BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE VICTIMS - THIS IS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL DECISION. AS IN THE MATTER OF AI AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES, CONSENT IS WHAT MAKES OUR MARKETS, OUR THOUGHTS, AND OUR FREEDOMS POSSIBLE. THE PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT WHICH EVEN ESTABLISHES THE SUPREME COURT ITSELF MUST ALSO BE APPLIED IN ALL OF CONSTITUTIONAL MANIFESTATIONS. THE PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT. (SOME EVEN CALL THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION THE VERY POWER OF CHOICE).
