Even though we're in an employer's market right now, there is still an incredible amount of competition between companies for talent and candidates are often interviewing multiple places. If you find someone that you're confident is a good fit for the role, go ahead an pull the trigger. If you hesitate, you only increase the chances of missing your shot at hiring top talent.
