As usual it's with great pleasure and excitement to share our latest publication titled **"Leadership for Quality in Emergency Medicine"**, co-authored with my esteemed colleagues Iana Higginson and Steve Photiou, on behalf of the European Society for Emergency Medicine Working Group on Quality and Safety in Emergency Medicine (EWQSEM). It has been an incredible experience collaborating with my friends and experts from the European Society of Emergency Medicine on this critical topic. Leadership and quality in emergency medicine are often underestimated and underexplored, yet they are essential components of delivering exceptional patient care. One of the aspects I deeply value is the opportunity to engage in quality improvement, research, and educational activities despite being overwhelmed by the clinical and managerial responsibilities we face. The rewards of these efforts are immeasurable, contributing to both personal growth and the advancement of our field. Looking forward to continuing these important discussions and driving improvements in emergency care across Europe and beyond. #EmergencyMedicine #Leadership #QualityImprovement #Research #HealthcareExcellence #hmg
