Medical knowledge is what helps you understand the challenges and needs that your doctors face. Robust medical knowledge will help you gain valuable insights from what your customers say and enable you to ask meaningful and thought-provoking questions. When employed effectively, your medical knowledge will set you apart, it'll give you clarity on the value of your product, and it'll help you move HCPs and other decision-makers towardsa favourable outcome for you and for the patients. Medical knowledge is not a show off; It's a tool for influence! Use it wisely.
