GREY WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM In the automation control systems we can categorise the control points into : 1. Digital input points where signals show status either on or off/ low or high like tank level. in this case signal we allow system to decide something for example if water level is high in collection tank then it will run all plant and stop lifting station pump simultaneously and it will protect system from dry run scenario. 2. Digital output give command on or to the plant and peripherals for example if production tank full signal received , then PLC will shut down feed pumps, dosing pumps, blowers...etc 3.analog input like flow rate is below a certain value then system will run back wash or will send error code to clean strainer. 4.analogue output for module actuator or VFD connected to pumps. 5. P.digital for resetting command. 6. P. analogue for set point. will go through actual case study parameters considering GWTP as real example.

This article will explore the methodology required to develop predictive maintenance algorithms for complex systems, such as internal combustion (IC) engines or Jet Engines, which exhibit highly dynamic operating behaviors and conditions. Given the complexity of these systems, different anomalies may have distinct indicators. Identifying the best features to detect all types of anomalies necessitates substantial domain expertise. Additionally, it outlines the comprehensive methodology for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of such complex systems. #AI #PredictiveMaintenance #Industry4
