It was a great honor for me today to participate in the panel discussion, which took place as part of the presentation of the ambitious project called Czech Journey to Space. Government leaders as well as academia and representatives of Czech industry participated in the ceremonial presentation of this plan today. The mission of the Czech astronaut will of course be accompanied by a number of other activities of private companies and scientific institutions, and at the same time it also has great potential to stimulate interest in studying technical fields.
