Want to unlock your forward bends. Just follow these easy to do drills make sure you repeat it from both sides when you're stretching one leg. Benefits of the Steps in detail 1- Microbending the knee will help you to keep the back erect throughout the practice as most people having tight Hamstrings and calves ends up putting lots of pressure in lower back. To avoid this properly follow the first step. 2- Stretching both legs separately will help you to unlock the flexibility of the legs muscles and create balance. 3- Making use of the yoga strap will help you to keep back straight and focusing on the stretch properly with correct alignment. 4- Stretching in supine position is an easy recommended option for the stiff people bcoz they don't have to worry about the alignment of the back in supine position. 5- Regular practice of these steps will help you to get deeper in paschimottansana and unlocks the numerous benefits of the posture.
