Each quarter, our Chairman and CEO Christopher Franklin and EVP and CFO Dan Schuller host our #TownHall, sharing company updates and our quarterly earnings results with employees across Aqua and Peoples Natural Gas. For this quarter’s update, our CEO and CFO had the opportunity to connect in-person with employees in our Pittsburgh North Shore office, as well as with employees who tuned in virtually across our 9-state footprint. Today we shared Essential’s second quarter earnings results, including #infrastructure investment progress and regulatory activity. Despite 44% warmer than normal weather, we achieved $0.28 earnings per share and are on track to meet our full-year EPS range on a weather normalized basis, excluding the gain on sale of energy plant assets.
