That’s the benefit of using ITS we don’t sell equipment we sell solutions
How will your batter mix hold up on Shrove Tuesday? As condiment ingredients and formulations become more advanced, your processing technology needs to meet increasing demands for transparency, quality and efficiency. Cakes, waffles, pancakes – the use and options with batter are numerous. Depending on what type of product you are looking to produce there are different requirements and challenges associated with the production process – but what they all have in common are striving for high-quality and consistency in their products. Daniatech’s mixers for producing liquid batters, can be equipped with a powder funnel which will allow for easy addition of small ingredients. Vacuum transport to the mixer, makes it quick and effective to add the flour and sugar from powder storage to the mixer. The design behind our mixers have had a focus on innovating production processes, while also focusing on lowering the production costs, and making maintenance of the mixers easy. Viscosity in the batter is an important aspect of production, as it is what controls whether or not you get a fluffy/airy product… Take a look at the Daniatech range of mixers from ITS, that will ensure your batter mix is just how it should be… https://lnkd.in/djMagEP or see here how the VacuumMaster works for liquid batter - https://lnkd.in/evvEaa-e #shrovetuesday #pancakeday #mixers #liquidbatter #mixingtechnology #distributingsolutions #processingexcellence

The Farinograph is an instrument used to assess the baking quality and performance of wheat flour doughs. It measures the resistance of dough to mixing, providing information about its consistency, water absorption, and development time. The Farinograph works by mixing a flour and water dough and recording its resistance to deformation against the mixing action of blades. Dough resistance is expressed in Brabender/Farinograph Units (BU/FU). Key parameters measured by the Farinograph include: Water absorption (%) - the amount of water needed to balance the farinograph curve at 500 FU, expressed as a percentage of the flour. This is useful for adjusting water in commercial doughs. Dough development time - the time from adding water to reaching maximum consistency. Indicates flour mixing requirements. Stability - the time between the dough reaching 500 FU and the curve departing 500 FU. Measures how well a flour resists overmixing. Mixing Tolerance Index (MTI) - the difference in BU between the top of the curve at optimum and 5 minutes later. Indicates gluten breakdown after full development

Treat Your Drains Over time, the drains in your sinks begin to build up with gunk. If you wait for them to plug up, then you have to clear them using aggressive chemicals. Instead, we recommend that you treat your drains with baking soda. Just run the water in the tap until it’s very hot, then sprinkle baking soda down the drain and continue to flush with very hot water. This will remove the gunk that builds up in your drainpipes and will keep them clear and smelling nice. (I Find It)
