Job Title: Production Supervisor - Full Time Location: 307 Yuma Lane E, Deep Gap, NC 28618 Company: Emergency Transportation Associates, LLC (ETA) Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to achieve production goals. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all departments are adequately staffed in coordination with the Director of Quality and Operations. Production Oversight: Oversee the entire warranty process, including intake, documentation, and resolution. Manage the project intake process, ensuring accurate and timely gathering of information for part orders (e.g., emergency lighting, liquid springs, exterior metal, and other long lead time items). Maintain and update the missing parts list, ensuring all necessary components are available to meet production goals. Oversee parts sales, including order intake, part ordering, documentation, and communication regarding when invoices need to be sent out. Process Improvement: Identify production issues and implement effective resolutions. Assist with quarterly production forecasting to ensure capacity planning aligns with business goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local outside vendors to ensure ETA is in good standing and can meet production needs. Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate completion of time cards and address any attendance issues, including documenting and disciplining as necessary. Manage company funds responsibly, particularly when using the company credit card. Lead in all customer interactive work orders, ensuring all processes and documentation standards are followed meticulously. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the emergency transportation industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Calendar). Strong understanding of production processes and ability to forecast and manage resources effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of integrity and ability to manage company funds responsibly.
