Kicking off "SAP NOW India 2024," an event that truly encapsulates the spirit of a nation on the cusp of a digital revolution, Thomas, alongside Alfred Surendran, captivated the audience with a fireside chat, sharing insights on leveraging SAP Business AI in CX to elevate customer and employee experiences, which set a transformative tone for the event themed 'India: Incredible to Inevitable.'
