This discussion on Day Two Cloud Podcast was useful for understanding... - Why your company would need to look at a private AI architecture. Could be the nature of the data you're dealing with, regulatory concerns, cost management, etc. - What that private AI architecture might look like. - How VMware plays in this space. Unless you follow VMware closely, there's a good chance you don't have the entire picture. I didn't. The most surprising thing I learned? That running an AI workload on top of a VMware hypervisor isn't a performance penalty when compared to bare metal. In fact, the opposite is true. I didn't see that coming, and Chris Wolf explains well in our chat why this is the case.

I had a great time talking Private AI with Ethan Banks and Ned Bellavance on the Packet Pushers podcast. It's been exciting to see how Private AI interest has been picking up steam, and on the podcast we were able to delve into a range of topics surrounding this emerging space. https://lnkd.in/gUMU-CfW
