It’s that time of year: Code Mosaic! 🎉 Code Mosaic is Etsy’s annual gathering of our product and engineering teams for a week of creativity and collaboration on coding projects outside of folks’ usual day-to-day. Here’s how it works: 💡Engineers self-organize into teams to work on projects they are excited about, each of which correlates to a theme, whether it be optimizing our coding base or crafting an innovative feature for our marketplace. 🛠️The teams spend most of the week working on their projects: collaborating with folks they don’t usually get to work with, learning from each other, and experimenting with solutions. 🎉At the end of the week, the teams present their projects, and a champion is named by a panel of judges. We’re so proud of our teams for the joy, creativity and innovative thinking they brought to the table this year. We can’t wait to see how some of these projects will positively impact our marketplace moving forward!

Dear etsy support team, My shop: thasselmade has been suspended. I am selling designs that I make myself from scratch, the suspension happened suddenly. I hope you reactivate my account to back to selling, thank you.
Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out again about my Etsy shop, shoplalicorne, which was previously suspended. I contacted you earlier, and I was truly impressed by how the situation was handled—your excellent customer service and quick resolution confirmed that the suspension was an error. Unfortunately, my account was suspended again about 2 weeks later, despite making no changes since the reinstatement. As a new seller with only a few sales, this has been quite discouraging, especially as I’ve made sure to comply with all of Etsy's policies and terms of use. Hello, I opened my Etsy shop "Blooming Delights Shop" 2-3 months ago and it was immediately suspended. I will be selling coffee mugs with print on demand products and I have created my flower designs completely on my own. I read through Etsy’s policies and terms of use and do not see anywhere that I have violated the terms of use. Can you please take a look at my shop to see if it is eligible for reinstating? 4moI hope the winning engineers presented the project to help with this account banning problem. Almost every comment on your posts are people having those issues. Your seller support is extremely lacking. I would highly advise creating a seller liaison team for high profile sellers as well as up and coming shops to be able to have a point person so that they aren’t taken down with fraudulent copyright claims. I remember hearing that Etsy was going to implement this kind of idea over a decade ago but never saw any development. The stores are your lifeblood and if they get taken out with lax rules you will feel that hit eventually. The site will just end up being dropshippers and the crafters will flock to the next site that will push the handmade concept.
