Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out again about my Etsy shop, shoplalicorne, which was previously suspended. I contacted you earlier, and I was truly impressed by how the situation was handled—your excellent customer service and quick resolution confirmed that the suspension was an error. Unfortunately, my account was suspended again about 2 weeks later, despite making no changes since the reinstatement. As a new seller with only a few sales, this has been quite discouraging, especially as I’ve made sure to comply with all of Etsy's policies and terms of use. Hello, I'm reaching out because I've had 2 listings deactivated and have been removed from STAR seller. I tried to respond to the email, contacted the help center, attempted a chat with help center, wrote in the forums and included the Trust and Safety email trying to get an admin's attention, asked for a call from the call center twice (apparently they just want me to relist it, umm no I'm not getting my shop shut down because of them), and then spammed the Etsy Facebook page. Please contact my shop about item: 751876381. I just want to know why it was removed other than click the links because it's a mold so it is a craft supply, but it was marked as a craft supply and it was my own picture. Then they removed a second. I am trying to find out what I did wrong so I can stop my listings from being removed. I want to do the right thing, but no one will tell me what I did wrong.

No support for sellers , once someone wrongfully reports a listing there is nothing for sellers to seek help instead all they get is responses from their AI , which is unacceptable

Why would you have to hold funds of a suspended shop for more than 6 months while all the products are already delivered to their customers.. why ?
