We are looking to hire a Business Development and Store Expansion Executive who will join our Branch Operations Team! This role requires a dynamic individual with strong business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to drive both business development and sales growth for Human Nature in Metro Manila. Main Responsibilities: ☑️Market Research and Analysis: ✔️Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new Human Nature stores in Metro Manila. ☑️Business Development: ✔️Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive the expansion of Human Nature stores in the designated area. ☑️Site Selection: ✔️Evaluate potential sites based on foot traffic, target market demographics, and other relevant criteria. ☑️Financial Analysis: ✔️Conduct financial feasibility studies for potential store locations, considering projected sales, operational costs, and return on investment. ☑️Sales Growth: ✔️Oversee the successful launch of new stores, implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. ✔️Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events to boost store visibility and customer engagement. ☑️Team Leadership: ✔️Build and lead a high-performing team for each new store, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to achieve sales targets. Qualifications: ✔️Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. ✔️Proven experience in business development, store expansion, and sales management, preferably in the retail sector. ✔️Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ✔️Familiarity with market research and financial analysis. ✔️Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and stakeholders. ✔️Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, from site selection to store opening. ✔️Solid understanding of sales principles and strategies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ✔️Proven leadership skills with experience in building and leading successful teams. ✔️Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ✔️Passion for Sustainable and Ethical Business: Alignment with Human Nature's values and a commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.
