We are pleased to share the Phase One Report of the Global Recycling League Table produced by Eunomia Research & Consulting. The report analysed the recycling performance of 48 countries, including those with the highest reported recycling rates and many of the world’s largest economies. It also incorporated lower-income countries from Latin America, Asia, and Africa to highlight global disparities in recycling efforts. This research was funded by TOMRA, the Welsh Government, the International Aluminium Institute, and the Can Manufacturers Institute, in collaboration with Reloop, to identify best practices in recycling. You can read the full report ⏩ https://lnkd.in/emgWFT9A NOTE: - Data on recycling rates for aluminium beverage containers, PET bottles, and glass bottles was extracted from the report and combined with other data sources in the Excel spreadsheet. - The IAI's recycling rate (material in new products/material discarded) was included for each country and material. The list covers 52 countries for aluminium, 49 for PET, and 50 for glass. #aluminium #recycling #data
