Do you like to give yourself a focus for the week, like I do, so that you are as productive as possible and manage your time better? Without a focus, it is like a boat on the sea, without a destination. Or I also equate it to wanting to reach a destination, but not doing anything that takes you on the road to that destination. So I like to focus on 3 aspects of my life, with 1-3 goals for the week for each aspect. My focus for this week is - 🚶♀️Wellbeing - Exercise - 4 x cardio (run or swim), 3 x resistance training sessions (body weight, pump or weights) - Self-care - meditate at sunrise and connect with the magnetism of the earth for balance 📓Biz - Continue giving my membership academy and VIP 121 clients so much value - Invite people to take my free quiz to see how they are going on the health and wellbeing stakes, along with super suggestions https://rfr.bz/l9y6lcw 👚Personal - have a clear out.
