Today, we’re excited to share our combined financial and sustainability 2023 Annual Report, which highlights our progress against our Brew a Better World 2030 strategy. Our focus remains to learn as we implement at scale, understanding the enablers and challenges that need to be addressed and developing the right capabilities to deliver.   I am proud of the achievements we have been able to deliver across the sustainability agenda including: - Reducing our GHG emissions for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 34% since 2018, which is a 19% reduction compared to 2022. This includes the launch of the largest industrial solar thermal plant in Europe, which provides renewable energy to our Seville brewery.  - Having 28% of women in senior management, progressing well against our target of having 30% by 2025, with initiatives like WIN to help level the playing field.  - Spending 14% of our Heineken® media spend on responsible consumption campaigns such as "When You Drive, Never Drink" with Max Verstappen as our new Heineken® 0.0 ambassador. We also recognise there is still much for us to do across the sustainability agenda. The annual report includes clear explanations of our successes, challenges and path forward to continue operationalising delivery of our Brew a Better World goals.
