Superior Medial Genicular Nerve Hydrodissection and Nerve Block. Transducer long axis over medial femoral condyle. The nerve is sitting next to the superior medial genicular artery (clearly visible lying against the periosteum). Needle approach is out-of-plane. Use a "walk-down" technique to insure proper needle placement. Procedure was performed as part of a comprehensive MFAT knee treatment. ViV-TAVI 5 months ago for a failed Trifecta 23 tissue AVR, previous rotablation PCI to LMS/LAD in 2016 (1 mm stent protrusion into aorta), no femoral access due to bilateral iliac arterial occlusion. NSTEMI, recurrent chest pain at rest, preserved LV function and good TAVI performance (some PPM with PG 40 mmHg). How would you treat? Tips, tricks and any other insight are welcome.

🆕🔍 New study shows that portal-site injections of 1:200,000 epinephrine significantly improve visibility in arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, with 80% enhanced visibility compared to 62% in the control group (p = 0.003).
