📣 The European Commission has published its Action Plan on reforming research assessment 📣 📖 The Commission has released the Action Plan to implement the ten commitments of the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment (ARRA). The Action Plan is linked to Action ERA 3, which is a part of the political agenda of the European Research Area (ERA). ERA 3 aims to advance towards reforming the research evaluation system by assessing the quality, performance, and impact of research and researchers using more appropriate criteria and procedures. 📆 The Action Plan for research evaluation reform serves as a summary document, documenting the European Commission's steps taken so far regarding individual commitments while also outlining necessary future steps to fulfill the obligations arising from the Agreement.
