Summer vacation is now over but not much of a break for the hardworking construction & commissioning team at our Kassø e-methanol facility. We will now start energizing the plant and plan to start producing the first e-methanol later this year. Yes, there will probably be bumps on the road - after all, it is a somewhat complex plant. But I am totally confident that the team will find solutions to the obstacles they encounter as they have demonstrated over and over again. And all those solutions will be baked into the future projects where we aim to lower the production cost in each step of the process - from the production of renewable energy to the conversion into green molecules. #inittogether #methanol #greenhydrogen #renewableenergy #powertox
Don’t forget those barriers which should be there, layered, to avoid loss of containment, even though the plant is approved by the safety authorities.
An incredibly exciting project! Kudos to the dedicated team for their hard work which is driving the green transition advancing sustainable solutions for the shipping sector.
Fantastic! All the best for the last mile of the project.
Exciting update, Emil. First projects are always challenging, but I'm sure the team has gained valuable insights and key expertise. I look forward the progress on the Kassø project. Wishing continued success to EE team !
Looking forward to your green methanol
