It is October - National Manufacturing Month I have the honor of partnering with some phenomenal people. I will 're'post over the course of this month highlights to remind everyone that theory and research only take you so far. It is truly realizing (building and crafting) tools, models, analysis or hardware that matter at the end of the day. If you cannot deliver a product it is not applied. It is important to tell our children that the way we contribute in this world can take many forms. You can get a four year degree and become an engineer, scientist or analyst. You may also choose to attend trade school and become craftsperson - technician, machinists etc.- delivering amazing capabilities to the world. Either path is excellent. In honor of our #NationalManufacturingmonth I want to celebrate those who enable capabilities. Effort + Wrong Tools = No Results ***** Dear Aerospace & Mechanical Passionate, No Domain Knowledge + Even with Right Tools = No Good Design One cannot become a good engineer just by operating some software tool(s) and probably no software design or analyze things on its own. However, a good engineer always thinks to create a new design/ make the existing design better. To do that, nowadays he often uses software tool(s) to model/draw/ analyze which will be more accurate, faster, and communicative. 👉 It doesn’t matter how much software you know……you should know how well you use the software as an engineer. 👉 Building a career in the mechanical/aerospace engineering domain is very different from other domains. 👉 Be aware that as experience increases you will be measured by how much domain knowledge you have than software skills alone. 👉 Identify your mentor, choose to with a good engineering leader, and take your career in the right direction. #aerospace #mechanical #mechanicalengineer #aerospaceengineer

To make palm hands #sensitive, "U channel filing , Hammering to shape S strip , FST " etc are some of the first #HandsOn basic workshop practice as per #GermanDual ! ❎ Don't jump_up from day one , asking fresh trainees to perfom machining, welding , auto mfg / EV assly, and other techskills like CNC, 3D printing , Industry 4.0 etc. The #Micron accuracy machines costing Millions ₹, invested by companies, must be operated by skilled #MicronPersons... or else, the unskilled #MillimeterMan will make machine's accuracy from Micron to Millimeter, diminishing machine's precision and purchasing value from Millions to Lakhs ₹ in a short time and also adding safety, breakdown, quality issues.. ❎ Safety , basic skills, fundamental skills training, work instructions, Quality, dos and don'ts, code of conduct etc...needs to be imparted to new trainees.
