USCIS raises many filing fees effective April 1, 2024! Despite much feedback, and logical and pragmatic pushback on the proposed huge hike in filing fees for some forms, the USCIS has issued a Final Rule re the fees. The USCIS will hold a public engagement session on Feb 24, 2024 at 2 pm EST. Some notable and WHOPPING fee increases that impact the EB5 world are: Form I-526/526E will cost an investor $11,160. A 204% increase! Form I-829 will cost an investor $9,525. A 148 - 154 % increase! Form I-956 and Form I-956F will cost a RC $47,695. A 168% increase! For H-1B registration Process Fee - that goes ⬆️ fr $10 to $205. A 2050% increase! Does volatility increase or decrease over time? Time in the market or market timing?? #eb5 #fees #investors #uscis
