Yesterday over 2 billion liters of water, so 50 percent, 15% of France total consumption were used by a small minority of people. So who are these people? The truth is, it's very likely you and me. In fact, it's anyone who goes on vacation. Naturally, we tend to consume to consume 4 times more water than we do at home. And it makes sense when we pay for a hotel room for another high price, we want to indulge. It's that special time of the year, a break. From everyday life. But unfortunately this means tourism sector has a big impact. For example, it accounts for 20% of Francis carbon footprints. And this actor currently has no solution for its ecological transition, as overconsumption is deeply embedded in its DNA. Hello, my name is Leonard and with Zero and Arthur we go from the looney wave with one ambition to make sustainable action enjoyable, to create an approach to sustainability that may worse the tourism industry. An experience, something pleasant and memorable. So how do we do that? Without getting too technical, we tap into the brains natural processes to trigger dopamine, the happiness hormones during moments that are usually anything but enjoyable. In short, instead of punishing consumption, we rewards savings. And to bring this to life, we focus first on one of the largest sources of water and energy consumption in hotels, the shower, and after more than two years of research and development and behavioral sciences and gamification. We launched our first innovation a year ago, Lenny Shower. This experience is very simple. You're in a hotel in your bathroom and before stepping into the shower, you can set yourself a goal of consumption on screen. And during the shower, you can track it discretely with the module under the mixed tape. First light to light up at 25% of the target, the second one at 50%, et cetera. And at the end of the shower, you can see report of your of your usage. Congrats, you're the best. You're consumed that much. But it doesn't stop there. I check out your rewarded based on the savings you made. Our first reward, because it reflects our core values, is that for every little saved, one liter is donated to Ninjago. You spent 5 minutes less in the shower. Someone on the other side of the world can drink for a whole month. But it's not the only reward. You say, I don't know, 40 liters? You can earn a free breakfast or a discount on your next day. Then shower is just our first step, but it's a step with massive impact. U to 50% of reduction in consumption for each hotel's. This means 2 million liter of what I saved, 20 tons of CO2 avoided and 20,000 saved each year. And personally, the number I'm the most proud of is that over 90% of yours are say that it improved their stays. This is the proof that our approach works, that we can combine sustainability with enjoyments. And this works. This works across all types of hotels from luxury city resort to two star roadside Inns. But we don't stop there. We develop a data platform where the AI is that centralized water consumption data project usage trends and help others earn unlock the value of the data. We all know we are now in our southern rooms. We use clients like Echo BNB, Best Westerns over across France and Europe and as I said, this is just our first step, we want to go further. Yesterday, for each element of flow and you earned mice. Imagine if tomorrow, for every kilogram of your two you saved, you earn green miles that could be redeemed for rewards. For us, this is the future of sustainability in tourism. Just pictures. You're a hotel guest and if you take eco friendly action, for example, keeping room cleanings, we're using towels, using less water, avoiding air conditioning, you are rewarded. Rewarded right at the hotels point, complementary services, discount, you name it and forward. Tell us again, a much more detailed cable, carbon footprint analysis, better cost control and measurable. Impact for your CSR initiative, You can also boost underutilized area of your hotels, build customer loyalty and turn system sustainability into a unique guest experience. This vision has already earned several awards over the past 12 months. We were selected by the French government as one of the 10 most test companies shaping the future of tourism. We were named one of the two most innovative solutions for water management by the Ministry of Ecological Transition. The Deep tech certification for our advances in embedded machine learning programs and our innovation related to human behavior. And we were part of the presidential delegation to Saudi Arabia as major tourism innovator. This recognition also helped us close 1,000,000 funding round in the second quarter of 2024, supported by private investors bank and of course BPI. We'll be launching our next fundraising round in 2025, so feel free to reach out if you like. To know more.

🌐 Fragmentation in the travel industry: challenge or opportunity?
In a recent Vox TechTalk webinar, Marc Wieland, Co-Founder and CEO of Palisis, shared some fascinating insights on overcoming fragmentation in the tourism supply system and what truly drives innovation.
🎙️ Key takeaways:
📌 Tourism activities are incredibly diverse, spanning numerous verticals beyond flights and hotels. This makes creating a unified system to manage them all nearly impossible.
📌 Innovation is driven by the consumer. Travellers expect seamless communication, transparency, and ease – areas where the industry can still improve.
📌 Technology plays a key role but isn’t the full solution. As Marc aptly put it:
"I will contradict the fact that I’m a technology provider. I always try internally to say I’m a service provider... because technology alone doesn’t solve the problem."
At Vox Group, we’re proud to facilitate discussions like these, bringing together leaders who challenge the status quo and push for solutions that meet the needs of tomorrow's travellers.

🛫 The Tourism Innovation Awards 2024 highlight the power of collaboration between advanced technologies and sustainable practices. With categories from AI in tourism to diversity and inclusion, the awards aim to transform the industry while addressing pressing global challenges. But innovation doesn’t occur in a silo—it requires strategic alignment with consumer expectations and global trends like eco-conscious travel and inclusivity.
❓ How can organizations balance technological innovation with sustainability and inclusivity while staying commercially competitive?
💡 A phased approach works well. Start by identifying specific touchpoints where technology like AI or VR can enhance not only operational efficiency but also traveler engagement. Integrate sustainability goals by designing experiences that reduce environmental impact. For inclusivity, ensure diverse hiring, accessible user interfaces, and regionally relevant cultural sensitivities. Scaling such initiatives sustainably requires continuously adapting to consumer feedback and market shifts.
