Recently, the Air Quality Control Commission approved a proposal by Gov. Jared Polis’ administration to extend the state’s Zero Emission Vehicle rule through 2032. The rule, first adopted by the AQCC in 2019, aligns Colorado with California’s policy of requiring automakers to sell increasing percentages of EVs each year.
