CTO & Executive Implementation Strategist: Building teams around new strategies.

**This was not an officer employed by St. Moritz** Leadership in security is not just about protecting physical assets, but also ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone around us. Today, I came across a concerning incident that made the news where a security officer was observed driving recklessly while on duty. As professionals in the security industry, it's crucial to remember that our conduct reflects on the reputation of our entire field. Driving recklessly not only puts the officer and others at risk, but it also undermines the trust and confidence that people place in security personnel. It's our responsibility to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior at all times, whether we are on foot patrol, manning a checkpoint, or behind the wheel. Let's use this as a reminder to recommit ourselves to the values of safety, responsibility, and integrity. By setting a positive example in how we conduct ourselves on and off duty, we can earn the respect of those we serve and elevate the perception of our profession. I urge all security professionals to reflect on this incident and reevaluate the importance of adhering to safety protocols and ethical behavior, both in our actions and in our interactions with the community. Together, we can strive to be true leaders in the security industry and make a positive difference in the lives of those we protect. #securityofficer #security #recklessdriving #mallsecurity #retailsecurity #driving #professionalism #dobetter #securityprofessionals
