We have been instructed by Beacon Eco Homes Ltd to undertake a Pre Application Consultation for a residential development in the picturesque community of Glanaman, Carmarthenshire. The development will provide 30 residential homes that will include two bed houses, three bed bungalows and two bed bungalows. Some of the proposed homes will be affordable in nature. 7moPlease ensure that SAB@carmarthenshire.gov.uk are asked to comment. Some great green features and permeable pavement is really helping developers in the area but why so we still have underground tanks or cellular storage. We have to think past that now and come up with more creative ways of achieving the BNG, pollution management, especially from the highway, and these areas will in turn manage flood risk.
