🔬 Meet Ela Viher, a dedicated student from the Biotechnical Faculty at the University of Ljubljana. She is currently conducting her master's thesis titled "Ultrastructural and Immunofluorescent Analysis of Mitochondria in Bladder Cancer" at the Institute of Cell Biology. Ela is working on analyzing samples from bladder cancer patients using a transmission electron microscope. In the near future, she will also learn the immunofluorescent labeling of mitochondria in paraffin sections from the same patients, as well as the use of a fluorescence microscope. Her work is contributing to a better understanding of bladder cancer at a cellular level. We wish her all the best in her research! 🧪📚 #biologijacelice #cellbiology #bladdercancer #raksečnegamehurja #cancerresearch #electronmicroscopy
