With the increasing demand for eco-friendly transportation solutions, Dynamic Manufacturing ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electric vehicle (EV) batteries. Dynamic Manufacturing evaluates the performance of electric vehicle (EV) batteries through in-depth assessments using state-of-the-art testing equipment and a team of experienced professionals. Their advanced testing methodologies allow automotive OEMs to measure the performance of lithium-ion battery modules and packs in benchtop mode, a walk-in sized environmental chamber, and in-vehicle modes to ensure optimal function in diverse conditions. "Ensuring sustainability is of utmost importance to automakers," said John Bellantuono, CEO of Dynamic Manufacturing. "Our team is committed to delivering superior testing and validation solutions for EV batteries, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of these vehicles." In order to expand our capability, Dynamic Manufacturing has transformed its 64,000 square foot former headquarters into a dedicated facility for electrification. In 2023, the building was heavily renovated and is maintained at 72 +/- 2 deg Fahrenheit. The building is equipped with multiple battery cyclers, both module and pack level, and a full walk-in environmental chamber. "We have developed an environmentally responsible testing process that is scalable for all automotive OEMs and tier-one suppliers," said John Bellantuono, CEO of Dynamic Manufacturing. "This innovation assists companies in meeting corporate goals related to carbon emissions."
