At Everly, we have a 'people first' mentality. At our recent all staff meeting, we assembled 144 birthday cake kits for families in need. Each kit included everything needed to make a cake: cake mix, a can of soda, frosting, candles, & a handwritten birthday card.
This was such a fun activity with the team and being able to give back to the local community was amazing. Who knew that you could bake a cake with a can of sprite instead of oil, eggs and water!
Volunteering is the best. The do good vibes and helping others just because is such a great thing.
