Clients won’t book with you just for the results. So many businesses lose opportunities because of this. There are people out there offering what you do for a lower price. There are people out there offering a worse service but getting in front of more people and booking more clients. You need to not only capture people’s attention online, but also meet them where they are and make it easy for them to book with you. And a large part of that is consistent communication that comes quickly & is easy to decipher. This should include clear messaging around who and how you help. It should also include quick follow-up and easy booking processes. This not only increases the number of bookings, but it also decreases churn and infinitely affects the quality of clients you attract. Studies show that clients are 4.5x more likely to recommend companies with excellent customer experience. In an industry where tech companies and AI are creeping in on your business, you have to have your inquiry and client management and communication system dialed in.
