Sometimes outright disqualification of mid-high candidates or those who are considered overqualified, can result in a negative result and the loss of quality, valuable and motivated employees. It is important to understand that there are different circumstances following which the same candidate shows willingness to flexibility or compromise and the circumstances are not always internal, but external.
