The recent seminars and conferences I have attended indicate that the anticipated surge and shift in demand will be unprecedented. I believe most people would not be surprised to anticipate a surge based on Electric Vehicle charging. I was surprised to learn that an AI query used nearly Ten Times the computational power (adding load) than a Google Search. The at home workforce has shifted daytime loads in a way unanticipated in the five-year plan. Responding to these changes requires rapid adaptation and flexibility.
