The world should do so many more things “like a girl”. A couple that I’ve been reading about:
1. Conflict Resolution. Why: Women tend to approach conflicts with a greater focus on dialogue and finding mutually beneficial solutions, rather than confrontation.
Source: Journal of Organizational Behavior, 2009, study on gender differences in conflict resolution.
2. Patience. Why: Women, on average, exhibit more patience, especially in stressful or uncertain situations, which can be beneficial in long-term planning and decision-making.
Source: Personality and Social Psychology Review, 2016, study on patience.
3. Self-care and Health Awareness
Why: Women are generally more proactive in taking care of their health, scheduling regular check-ups and maintaining better self-care routines.

4. Collaboration
Why: Women often excel in teamwork environments, showing more willingness to cooperate and less competition in group dynamics.

When a business team collaborates effectively with customers and secures the right funding, it sets the stage for remarkable achievements. Teamwork is essential for maximizing organizational success, as it fosters trust, encourages diverse perspectives, and cultivates a culture of accountability1. Moreover, the right funding can fuel innovation, support growth, and enable the execution of strategic plans.
Here’s a brief overview of how teamwork and funding contribute to business success:
Teamwork: It’s the backbone of any successful organization. Effective teams are built on trust, clear communication, and a shared vision. When team members work together harmoniously, they can leverage their diverse skills to innovate and solve problems more efficiently2.
Funding: Adequate funding allows a business to invest in resources, technology, and talent. It also provides the financial stability needed to take calculated risks and pursue new opportunities.
Together, these elements create a powerful synergy that can lead to outstanding results, such as improved performance, higher customer satisfaction, and increased profitability. It’s like a formula for success where teamwork and funding are variables that, when optimized, can yield exponential growth:
Success=f(Teamwork,Funding)
In this equation, ‘f’ represents the function of how teamwork and funding interact to drive success. The better the teamwork and the more strategic the funding, the greater the potential for success.

Mia and James, being your dad is the best thing I will ever be.
You are my greatest blessing, and every day your mother and I are in awe of your beautiful hearts, minds, and souls.
Seeing the world through your eyes and seeing you grow into the two remarkable young people you are fills us with a joy that is indescribable (One day when you’re parents, you’ll know what I mean 😉).
We love you, we are proud of you, and we’re with you every step of the way!
Amazing Grace!
