Please say “hello” 😉 to Valter István Horvath, IAM Helpline Service Engineer at Kecskemét (Hungary), our largest plant. 1. Valter, what do you do at ACPS Automotive? "I am responsible for the technical support for customers and colleagues who are serviced from Kecskemét. So, I answer a lot of technical questions about our retrofit products every day, both internally and externally. I also create the type plates for the most products and carry out fitting tests with our aftermarket developers. And I take care of minor updates to aftermarket finished goods when these are required. So, I have both hands full. My motto is: "The Helpliner helps where he can." 2. What do you enjoy most about your job? "It is a challenging and multi-site job. I need to answer as fast as I can and as precise and clear as possible, because usually a customer or a mechanic urgently waits for the answer. I enjoy most the appreciation for the help from the people." 3. What do you do in your free time? "I like cars and motorbikes. I have my motorbike license about a year now, so it is a new hobby. And I have two old timer cars: a Skoda 120l and a Skoda S100. Both are under some restoration and modification. At the moment they have to wait because I have limited time for them. The past 3 years I was racing in an amateur 24-hour rallycross championship: “24 HOURS OF RACING” with our own team Ménis Racing Team. Place for some advertising: We are searching for sponsors 😃." 4. Dear Hero team, (Hero MotoCorp) Hero MotoCorp #undertainnedmanpower# this is just to bring in to your notice that since last 4-5 years I have been facing improper strokes issue when bike is engaged to any constant speed with My karizma. speedometer does not stay ideal at any of the speed it always fluctuates...improper strokes...vobbling...you expect customer to scrap and buy new vehicle from you again...is thisnth policy for customer I took my karizma to the showroom 2-3 times but they asked me change carburettor...i changed carburettor 3 times (the one which in place now is 4th considering company's carburettor fitted with vehicle) but still issue is not resolved. whenever I raise this concern to service showrooms they revert like no issues now or vehicle is old... m writing this because .....hope u can understand what life you justify for your vehicle or parts ?❓❓ manpower is trained or not ?❓❓ do they really understand the issue ??❓❓ Pathetic service for Honda 👎👎👎👎...service stations are filled with untrained fitters 👎👎which will be increase furitfall to private garage. I hope this will be attended to priority. this is just a short brief
