Our inclusive policies and supportive colleagues have allowed me to bring my whole self to work, enhancing both my professional experience and personal growth. 🎤 How do you see Evonik continuing to promote diversity and inclusivity in the future? 👤Megan: I see the ERGs coming together to recognize the ways our groups are each represented across each other, and making the workplace better for all through intersectional support. 🎤What does it mean for you and your work to be part of Hashtag #PartofSomethingSpecial? 👤Phiona: “Be Part of Something Special” at Evonik resonates with me as the opportunity to be part of a company that’s not only shaping the future but is also leading beyond in promoting diversity and creating an inclusive workplace for all. 👤Megan: It reminds me to look around and value the differences in my colleagues, because they bring skills, experience, perspective, and knowledge to the table I might never have seen otherwise.
