🤝 Events like Posidonia are critical for the shipping sector to connect and work collectively towards achieving decarbonisation. We've put together some of our key takeaways from conversations at Posidonia, including important industry changes such as FuelEU Maritime and why there's an uptake in wind propulsion technologies like Anemoi Rotor Sails. “The regulations coming into effect in Europe next year are a driver for ship owners to make important investment decisions for their vessels. Within the framework of the JULIA Project, Rokubun is set to demonstrates its #OSNMA SDK which enables embedded navigation platforms from leveraging the latest state of the art Galileo´s authenticated navigation technology. The essence of the project lies in its aim to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of public transport networks from buses 🚌 and trains🚆 to bicycles🚲. 💬 Avl Italia wins the tender for the green hydrogen production plant of the Volturno Autonomous Agency 🌍🔋 🔋 #GreenHydrogen #SustainableMobility #Decarbonisation #AvlItaly 🔍 Avl Italia, a subsidiary of the Austrian multinational specialising in technological solutions for sustainable mobility, has been awarded the tender by the Volturno Autonomous Authority to build a green hydrogen production plant for local public transport trains and buses. This plant, which will run exclusively on green energy and will be equipped with a solar system, represents a significant advance in sustainable transport infrastructure. 🗣️ Dino Brancale of Avl Italia commented: ‘The challenge of sustainable transport is not only to build vehicles with low environmental impact, but also to develop an accessible infrastructure capable of supporting the whole system.
