I think all the people with various delivery issues on here should look to INPOST immediately, I have used them several times now to great effect with successful professional results, over the weekend I was expecting 2 deliveries to their locker system that were incompleted, I left a short message on one of their adverts expressing my concern, within minutes I received a personal response from a senior official who asked for further details, since then 2 further messages with a specific outcome detailed This is a fantastic outcome from a professional company, this would never happen with any of the other companies that we all use Thank you very much Sir, I will be using your services 100% from now on
I came here because I could not find your email address anywhere, just a phone number and at the moment I can't make phone calls. Please DM your email address. Many people want to see others, including businesses, do well. Even if I wasn't contacted about an imminent delivery that was left outside the door (of a busy building) and later vanished, I have a few ideas on how you could do better.
