evri have got to be the very worst delivery firm in the world, you cannot speak to anyone, you cannot get the delivery drivers to understand anything, they dont know whet they are doing and if they did they wouldnt know WHEN to do it... there are labradors with more sense.
Is there anyone from Evri who can help me here, we sent a return parcel on 21st sept 2024 and got the Evri tracking number however that never reached the vendor and we called up numerous times to Evri customer support but got no help. sent so many emails to the leadership team at EVRI, however no one ever responded. Is there anyone at Evri who values their customer even a tiny bit?

Two parcels haven’t been delivered and seem like got lost. H054NA0004353853 H054NA0005059002 For the first one the status hasn’t changed since 12th December and the second one’s been delayed since 27th December. No help, no opportunity to contact real person, only automatic emails and no response to any my emails or emails of the seller. Ruined Christmas by horrible delivery and customer service! The worst company I have ever seen in my entire life!!!
Dear Evri, My parcel H051JA0053721814 has been in your network since mid November. It has been absolutely impossible to get through to customer services but when I finally did via the chat yesterday I was promised a call back straight away but still awaiting to receive a call back. I have been the Hemel Hempstead depot and they advised me that the parcel is stuck at rugby depot because they don’t have my details on the system, I then went to the rugby depot to try and just collect it but they was not cooperative at all. This is a parcel worth nearly 5 thousand pounds and Evri are doing absolutely nothing about it. All I asked your customer services via the chat yesterday was for a call so we could talk about the situation over the phone but still have not had a call back. The sender has also tried his hardest but Evri are doing absolutely nothing to help us what so ever. This is a parcel that I absolutely need asap so that I can go to work. A refund is not an option as it’s to late to get a replacement for me to start a job. Please can you contact my page on here so that we can arrange a call to sort out what we’re going to do about this situation!!!!!

2moSome drivers have been going the extra mile to ensure the best level of service. Fantastic achievement. Unfortunately, there appears to be a problem within the CCA - If a driver submits a billing query, they get an email saying it is no longer being monitored. How do we resolve Docuware & invoice payment issues if the support line no longer exists?
