Stop leaving packages and cards OUTSIDE my door in full sight of passers by when no one is home!!!! STOP!!!!!!!! This is the third time!!!!! The first time my valuable package was stolen; now for 2 days straight your driver can not even be bothered to push a cards through the letterbox leaving it out there!!!Now tell me if you got this message and you WILL STOP!!!!!STOP!!! STOP!! STOP!!!

Commenting here as I have tried all other means but I am being “treated” to the old rubber ear approach…. I sent my parents’ Christmas presents deliberately early on 7th Dec to beat the peak rush, they were due for delivery on 11th, nothing has turned up and tracking just shows as delayed since 10th Dec. I’ve tried to call and been repeatedly cut off by the automated system, the same with the chat bot - there was a “Claire” in customer services who advised last Wednesday they would get the local depot to do a thorough search but has since disappeared and not responded to several requests for an update. Please can you put me in touch with someone that can help?

How about you stop bragging about false achievements and actually get the f&&king basics right! Your drivers and customer service are appalling so stop making out that you are a great company when everyone knows how absolutely awful you really are 😡😡😡

I’m extremely lucky that my regular delivery driver is amazing! Friendly, helpful, comes within the stated timeframe and just a generally all round nice guy! Unfortunately that’s where my positive experience of Evri ends, as I have a number of parcels I’ve sent over the last couple of weeks with issues. As a new small business this is really harming, and the sheer fact that there is no way whatsoever of actually speaking to someone is mind blowing! I can’t even by email, and your online “live help” is so restricted you can’t get them to forward an actual query, same as when you phone up just options to find out the latest status, which I already know. I will certainly be looking for alternative options when I reopen my Etsy store in the new year, before your terrible service runs it into the ground for me!

I have been trying to report an issue with my parcel but Evri's chat function is useless and you cannot get through via the phone line. Evri was supposed to send a package to Switzerland but it was returned to our home address with no explanation. This company is incompetent. Where can I send an email to Evri?

I’ve exhausted other methods, mainly because you’ve designed your customer facing service to be as ineffective as possible. I’m waiting on a delivery due between 19 and 23 December. It was out for delivery on Friday 20th between 1:30pm and 3:30pm, at 3:04pm you were unable to deliver. No attempt over the weekend. Monday 23rd, out for delivery, then went back to the local dept where it sat until Friday 27th. Friday 27th, due to be delivered between 10:30 and 12:30pm. 10:38am, unable to deliver. Saturday 28th. Due to be delivered between 7pm - 9pm. 9:15pm and nothing. What is going on?

Tracking number H051JA0063593899. Evri you delivered this to the wrong address in early December and have done nothing to rectify the situation. I guess your new transport managers are now employable elsewhere, as it seems your business model is seriously flawed. Your Raison d’etre is to collect and deliver parcels which given the comments here and elsewhere your failing miserably at. I’ve had the misfortune of using your services three times and you have caused issues every time. Maybe that’s why your called Evri you fail Evri time.

These are not false achievements as you put it, but but factually correct!! I know I passed first time!!!! EvRI drivers are totally different!!! (they are not couriers) which is where you are getting confused. They drive 12,18,44 tonne vehicles getting the parcels from one place to another all over the country. This happens 24hr a day 7 days a week. DON'T tar every employee with the same brush

It has been over 30 working days since you assured me the refund due to my lost laptop would be processed, yet I haven’t received any payment. This has dragged on far too long. Your lack of action and communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
