Je recherche pour le compte de mon client un analyste d'opportunités (phase pré-développement). Le ou la candidate devra : ☀ Avoir une très bonne connaissance des enjeux environnementaux, du contexte réglementaire relatifs à l’AGRIPV, ainsi que des différentes technologies ☀ Faire preuve d’un esprit de synthèse et d’une bonne capacite rédactionnelle ☀ Dote d’une forte aisance relationnelle ☀ Être force de proposition et proactif ☀ Une expérience dans le développement de projets au sol ou AGRIPV peut être un plus (mais pas indispensable) ☀ Des notions d’ingénieries financières peuvent être un plus ☀ Très grande capacite d’adaptation Vous l’aurez compris, il s’agit d’un poste transverse situé en amont du développement de projets et qui est clé dans notre client. Be Like Karen ... The Journey of a Senior Dams Construction Manager in California Karen had always dreamed of working on projects that made a difference. With over 12 years of experience in civil engineering, she had built a reputation as a polished, decisive leader. Her journey had taken her through tunnels, bridges, and dams. One day, an intriguing opportunity landed on her desk. ewi, a renowned firm, was partnering with a Global Consultancy in search of a seasoned Senior Construction Manager. The project? A $1 billion Dam Rehabilitation near San Jose, California. It was a challenge Karen couldn’t resist—a chance to lead phase 2 of a monumental project including major excavations, spillways, dam structures, civil works, tunnels, earthworks, and M&E. Karen’s mind raced as she imagined the responsibilities. She would manage senior technical profiles, lead progress meetings, coordinate with contractors, oversee her senior team, and serve as the focal point for communication with the Owner and key stakeholders. Her expertise would be crucial in identifying and resolving issues, conducting schedule reviews, and supervising contract administration. This role demanded autonomy and handling critical activities from within the construction project office. Karen would collaborate closely with resident engineers and project teams, providing top-level technical review and guidance. Her knack for monitoring schedules, preparing cost estimates, and assisting in claim analysis and contract administration would be put to the test. The prospect of reporting directly to the region’s VP, leading a team of sector experts and commercial professionals, and operating within the business line internationally excited Karen.
