AlphaFold may play a critical role in addressing the global warming crisis. AlphaFold can also increase lifespan by upto 5 years over next twenty years. The world is aging very fast. AlphaFold can be a critical component that may enable affordable precision health care. This is very important. Unless health care cost significantly goes down Europe, Japan, USA etc will almost certainly go broke by 2050. This is from my rudimentary analysis. I had the privilege of contributing as the corresponding author for the chapter titled "𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬". The chapter explores Support Vector Regression (SVR), highlighting its potential in bioinformatics to model complex biological relationships and offering insights for life sciences research. We also present a practical application of SVR in developing a virtual screening prediction tool, showcasing its effectiveness in both linear and nonlinear regression tasks and providing a framework for broader use in advancing research.
