This is a challenging fracture to fix as it represents a complete avulsion of the #PeroneusBrevis with minimal bone for fixation. Interspinous spacers produce indirect decompression but they may need revised over time. Recently this 12mm implant was replaced with a 16mm Inspan device with resolution of leg pain. Inspan is a terrific option for revisions.
