Last week I received an email that I’ve spent the past few days reflecting on. It discussed reaching goals versus self-improvement. 𝑰𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. However, true growth often requires a deeper focus on self-authentication and inner transformation. 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑏𝑖𝑔𝑔𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓-𝑎𝑢𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛? * Lack of clarity in personal values? * Fear of judgement from others? * Difficulty in setting boundaries? * Uncertainty about personal goals? As always, please share your thoughts in the comments below and let's have a deeper conversation about this. 🙂
